One of my favorite modules to install. As developers, we need to hop around the site very quickly and very often. Without something like admin menu, you may find yourself increasing your mouse clicks three to four times the normal amount.
This menu provides a top drop down menu bar allowing for quick and easy access to almost any page. A cool little feature is the ability to clear the cache with just a click of a mouse. Very handy for those doing theme development.
