Here is a quick guide to get you started with the uListing module.

1. make sure your drupal 6.x is working
2. extract the uListing into your modules directory... in most cases it's sites/all/modules
3. goto "Administer"->"Site building"->"Modules"
4. Activate all the uListing modules you need (you'll need at least uListing API and uListing)
5. goto "Administer"->"Site configuration"->"uListing Management"
6. Enter your "uListing License Key"
7. goto http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.htm to get your google key if you plan on using google maps with ulisting.
8. Enter your new google key in to the "Map Key" field
9. Goto "Administer"->"User management"->"Permissions
10. scroll to "image_upload module" and give at least "view image files" and "upload image files" to allow upload of images to listings.
11. scroll to "ulisting module" and give at the very least "view listing" to people can see your listings.
12. don't forget to scroll to "ulistinguser module" and give permissions ... I'd recommend at the very least "view shortlist" to all use groups.

At this point in time you are able to start entering new Listings to your site.
